Biography

I am both a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher and enjoy sharing my love of yoga wishes to learn more about this amazing exercise.

​

I have travelled extensively to Africa, India, Asia, the Carribean Islands, Europe, and within North America. Since then I continue to learn and expand upon my knowledge of yoga. I highly recommend you use yoga as I love yoga!
